Specializing in youth athlete performance and efficient results for busy professionals, Dominic is known as the “go-to” trainer for achieving exceptional outcomes quickly.

Rachel Golem

Rachel Golem is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, holding a degree in Exercise Science. Her fitness journey began from a deeply personal place. After having two children and struggling with poor eating and health habits, Rachel found herself in a position where she knew a change was necessary. She wasn’t an athlete, had little knowledge about nutrition, and felt lost when it came to fitness. But she was determined to make a change.

Rachel took the leap, hit the gym, and immersed herself in health and wellness—and she hasn’t looked back. Through hard work and dedication, she lost a total of 85 pounds and discovered a true passion for helping others transform their health. This experience fueled her desire to empower others to reach their healthiest version of themselves.

Specializing in women’s fitness, weight loss, and strength training through postpartum and menopause, Rachel is committed to guiding women through the unique challenges they face at different stages of life. When she’s not training clients, Rachel enjoys exercising, reading, and spending quality time with her family.

Rachel’s mission is simple: to make the world a healthier place, one client at a time.

Jonathan Catedral

Jonathan Catedral is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine with a degree in Exercise Science. A passionate fitness enthusiast, Jonathan has always enjoyed staying active and continually seeks ways to enhance his health and wellness. He’s an avid hiker, enjoys participating in fun races, loves trail running, and is dedicated to weight training.

Jonathan’s personal journey has deepened his understanding of the importance of health and fitness. In 2021, he experienced a life-changing event when he was involved in a serious car accident caused by a drunk driver. The accident left him with significant physical setbacks, but after months of recovery, he was able to rebuild his strength and fitness, starting from scratch. This recovery process in the gym is a testament to his resilience and passion for overcoming obstacles.

Now, as a personal trainer, Jonathan is driven by the desire to help others achieve their fitness goals. His areas of expertise include strength training, weight loss, functional training, and providing the support necessary to guide clients toward their full potential. Jonathan’s ultimate goal is to empower individuals to improve their health and fitness, just as he did in his own recovery.
