Ally Ratzel

Meet Ally, a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine with a strong background in both fitness and discipline. She served in the U.S. Army before earning her associate degree in Exercise Science and is currently working toward her bachelor’s in Sports Science. Her military experience shaped her no-excuses mindset, which she now brings to every training session—helping clients build strength, confidence, and long-term results.

For Ally, fitness is more than a career—it’s a way of life. It gave her purpose after the military, helped her grow mentally and physically, and continues to be a powerful outlet for both personal growth and connection with others. She’s passionate about guiding people on their own fitness journeys and believes that movement has the power to change lives.

Jacy Johnson

Jacy is a dedicated personal trainer with an associate degree in Sports Science and currently working toward a bachelor’s in the same field. Her love for fitness started early—she played both basketball and soccer throughout high school, where she first learned the value of teamwork, discipline, and pushing past limits.

Two years ago, Jacy faced one of her biggest challenges: recovering from a torn ACL. That experience deepened her understanding of injury, recovery, and resilience—shaping her approach to training with a focus on smart movement, proper form, and long-term health. Whether working with athletes, beginners, or clients coming back from injury, she brings empathy, energy, and a deep commitment to helping others feel strong and capable in their bodies.
