To get the most accurate results, avoid eating or drinking for at least 2 hours before your scan. Try to schedule it before your workout, remove any heavy clothing or jewelry, and ensure you're well-hydrated the day prior.
The scan itself takes less than 60 seconds. You’ll receive immediate results, which your coach can review with you as part of your consultation or ongoing training sessions.

We recommend every 4 to 6 weeks to accurately track changes and adjust your fitness or nutrition plan accordingly. More frequent scans can be useful during periods of intense training or goal setting.
