Dominic Anastasio is a professional fitness entrepreneur, coach, and founder of Forza Fitness. Forza is a private personal training brand built on precision, professionalism, and long-term results. With over 35,000 personal training sessions delivered, as well as past management positions in some of the largest fitness training brands in the US, Dominic brings an uncommon depth of real-world coaching experience paired with disciplined business execution.

Before growing Forza Fitness into a multi-location private personal training brand, Dominic played a key role behind the scenes, helping other local trainers scale their careers, refine their business models, and successfully open their own training businesses. Working closely with independent trainers gave him a firsthand understanding of what truly drives success in personal training, both on the gym floor and in sustainable operations.

Dominic’s philosophy rejects gimmicks, crowded classes, and one-size-fits-all programming. He specializes in private, one-on-one personal training for busy professionals and adults 40+ who value structure, discretion, and long-term results. His approach emphasizes intelligent strength training, proper movement mechanics, and consistency—ensuring progress that extends far beyond the gym.

As Forza Fitness expanded, Dominic established higher standards across coaching, operations, and client experience—creating a system designed to deliver certainty, accountability, and measurable outcomes. Every Forza trainer operates within a proven framework focused on professionalism, education, and long-term client success.

Rachel Golem

Rachel Golem serves as the District Operations Manager for Forza Fitness, where she spearheads daily operations and ensures operational excellence across multiple locations. With a Degree in Exercise Science and certification through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), Rachel brings both clinical knowledge and real-world execution to every aspect of the business.

Before stepping into an operations leadership role, Rachel built her foundation on the training floor—working directly with clients and developing a deep understanding of what drives results, retention, and long-term success. Her fitness journey began from a deeply personal place. After having two children and struggling with poor health and nutrition habits, Rachel committed to transforming her own lifestyle. Through discipline, education, and consistency, she lost over 90 pounds. This was an experience that shaped her empathy and commitment to helping others succeed.

Today, Rachel applies that same discipline to Forza Fitness’s systems and to every single client we serve. She is responsible for driving consistency, efficiency, and high standards across daily scheduling, client experience, staff performance, and internal processes. Known for her attention to detail and relentless follow-through, Rachel plays a key role in Forza Fitness while maintaining the premium, private training experience the brand is known for.

While her role focuses both on operations and her own clients, Rachel’s background remains central to her leadership style. She has extensive experience working with women through weight loss, strength training, postpartum recovery, and menopause. Her own life experience, in addition to her professional experience, gives her a nuanced understanding of client needs at every stage of life. This perspective allows her to build systems and relationships that support both clients and coaches at the highest level.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys staying active, reading, and spending time with her family. Her mission remains the same—creating healthier lives—now amplified through systems, leadership, and operational excellence that allow Forza Fitness to impact more people, more effectively.

Austin Price is a NASM-certified Performance Enhancement Specialist who works with adults seeking a more intelligent, personalized approach to training. His coaching is designed for clients who value professionalism, structure, and long-term results—particularly those looking to stay strong, mobile, and capable as they age.

With a background as a collegiate football and baseball athlete and a degree in Health and Wellness from Mount St. Joseph University, Austin blends disciplined training principles with a refined, science-based methodology. His approach emphasizes functional strength, joint health, mobility, and energy—helping clients move better, feel stronger, and maintain an active, high-quality lifestyle.

Austin specializes in exercise science and functional movement, creating individualized programs that prioritize proper mechanics, consistency, and sustainability. His sessions are focused, intentional, and tailored to each client’s goals, history, and physical needs—ensuring progress without unnecessary risk or wear and tear.

Known for his calm, attentive coaching style, Austin provides a professional, supportive training experience where clients feel confident, understood, and well-guided. She began her career in a group training environment, but quickly realized her passion was helping individuals achieve meaningful results through focused, one-on-one coaching.

To continually elevate the client experience, Kayleigh has expanded her expertise with advanced certifications, including prenatal training and older adult fitness. This allows her to confidently support clients through different life stages while prioritizing safety, strength, and long-term sustainability.

Kayleigh understands that looking and feeling your best is about more than workouts alone—it’s about confidence, consistency, and intelligent programming. Her goal is to help every client become the strongest, healthiest version of themselves, inside and outside the gym.

Jonathan Catedral is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine with a degree in Exercise Science. A passionate fitness enthusiast, Jonathan has always enjoyed staying active and continually seeks ways to enhance his health and wellness. He’s an avid hiker, enjoys participating in fun races, loves trail running, and is dedicated to weight training.

Jonathan’s personal journey has deepened his understanding of the importance of health and fitness. In 2021, he experienced a life-changing event when he was involved in a serious car accident caused by a drunk driver. The accident left him with significant physical setbacks, but after months of recovery, he was able to rebuild his strength and fitness, starting from scratch. This recovery process in the gym is a testament to his resilience and passion for overcoming obstacles.

Now, as a personal trainer, Jonathan is driven by the desire to help others achieve their fitness goals. His areas of expertise include strength training, weight loss, functional training, and providing the support necessary to guide clients toward their full potential. Jonathan’s ultimate goal is to empower individuals to improve their health and fitness, just as he did in his own recovery.

Over the years, Laura expanded her expertise into a wide range of group fitness modalities, including boxing, spin, yoga, and resistance training. This varied experience allows her to bring a well-rounded, adaptable approach to her coaching, blending strength, conditioning, and mobility to meet each client’s individual needs.

While Laura has extensive experience leading group classes, what she enjoys most is working one-on-one with clients in a personalized training environment. She values the ability to truly understand each client’s goals, movement patterns, and limitations, allowing her to design programs that are both effective and sustainable. Her coaching method emphasizes core strength, balance, and stability as the foundation for building strength and endurance, while minimizing the risk of injury and supporting long-term progress.
